Taking that important step......
We understand baptism to be an external sign of an internal event. The internal event is the decision to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. When we make this life-changing acknowledgement, we realize that He died on the cross and rose from the dead to defeat evil (sin) in each of our lives and in this world. In baptism we also commit to seeking to continually receive the Holy Spirit to lead, comfort, and empower us to live holy and fruitful lives.
Sign-up to be baptized
Once a year we have an immersion baptism in a pool, as this event.
But you may request to be baptized on almost any Sunday morning during the year - not by immersion, but using a cup of water which is poured on the head. It is done during the service. You need only to request to be baptized by emailing or calling the church.
