Community Covenant Church is offering a program called GriefShare which is open to our extended community. The seminar is both informational and supportive, and will provide tools to help those who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
This program is a DVD-based topical study which includes many well-known speakers and authors, such as Joni Erikson-Tada, Kay Arthur, Dr. Joseph Stowell, and H. Norman Wright, and others who who have suffered loss, or have counselled others through bereavement. Topics will include the loss of a child, miscarriage, losing a spouse, and the difficulty of being a survivor in the wake of suicide. Part of the support comes from being with others who have suffered a similar loss.
