Women Reaching Women

This program is for women to reach out to women of all ages and cultures with support, encouragement and friendship. We are currently offering sewing classes at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections-Women’s Division. The women are making dolls which are then donated to a variety of social service agencies. By making these little dolls, the women gain a sense of usefulness and contribution, knowing that their dolls will go to children in need or crisis.
